Nordic Smart House AS is a company owned by Orient Holding AS, which was founded in 2017. Orient Holding AS was founded in 1998. The main office is in Bodø in the beautiful northern Norway, but we also have offices in Fredrikstad, Vilnius in Lithuania og Zhongshan in China.

Our employees in Bodø and Fredrikstad, Norway has wide experience from economics, service, building industy and trading. This competence and our patent has lead us to several sucessful projects, with more to come in 2021.

Our employees in China and Lithuania have competence from engineering, architecture, legal and technical. The office in Zhongshan was established in 2005.
